One of the most rewarding experiences in life is taking care of a family pet. Many of our club members began taking care of dogs when they were very young children. Caring for a dog as a young child fosters responsibility.

With this thought in mind, MDKC welcomes Tail Waggers 4-H Dog Club and leader Kim Yocklin kyocklin@yahoo.com .

The following children attended our MDKC meeting, enjoying the program presented by the Hagerstown Police Department K-9 Unit; and meeting MDKC members: Garrett Yocklin, Maddie Yocklin (English Setter and Afghan Hound); Ethan , Hannah, Seth, Jesse and Josiah Britt (Border Collies).
